1. Shipment Processing Time

a. All FMCG Orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days except Sundays and Public Holidays. And all non-FMCG products are processed and delivered within 10-15 days depending on the location of the place of delivery.

b. Delivery time depends on the product ordered, area Pin Code and the delivery time estimated.

c. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

d. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

e. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

f. The delivery time is merely indicative and may vary due to external factors.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimate Time

a. Shipping cost of the product is displayed on the final order payment page, while placing an order with our Website & App.

b. Estimated date of delivery of the product will depend upon your area pin code.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive Shipment Confirmation via text message on your provided mobile number with us, once your order has shipped. You can check order status by visiting the ‘my order’ page on our website & app.

4. Wrong & Incomplete Address

a. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.

b. If you have entered the wrong shipping address or contact details. It might cause a delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for a reshipment however; the refund will be made within 7-10 days in such cases. Additionally, if you wish to receive reshipment of such products, then new order needs to be placed for the same.

5. Cancellation & Refund

a. You can cancel the order before shipment of the product and also you can initiate return of the product/s within 30 days from the billing date, once we will receive the product in re-saleable condition you will get your refund in next 7-10 days in same mode of payment from which you placed the order.

b. If due to any unforeseeable circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order shall stand cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded back to your source account.

c. When you make a qualifying return, we will return the full amount.

d. If the order status is displayed as “delivered” despite the non-delivery of such order, then you need to intimate us within 48 hours of the occurrence of such issue to get refund in such cases.
