Note:

1. Associate buyer becomes eligible for Royalty Bonus only if his/her minimum purchase of RCM product is not less than 1500 Purchase Volume on accrual basis in the relevant month

2. Royalty is calculated on difference basis by deducting Royalty of sponsored group/groups from total Royalty.

3. Royalty is calculated on monthly basis.

4. When Purchase Volume of Associate Buyer’s any group exceeds 3,50,000 and Purchase Volume of remaining group is not less than 1,15,000 then all groups except other group/groups who achieved the target of Purchase Volume of 3,50,000 or above shall be eligible for Royalty.

5. It is compulsory for Royalty Achievers to conduct 2 meetings in a month at WWQ to earn Royalty Bonus. Information of such meetings to be given 15 days prior and pictures of such meetings to be uploaded within 7 days from the conclusion of such meetings, on company's website.

Note:

4. Associate Buyer, who achieves 8 % Royalty for consecutive 3 months, shall be entitled for Technical Bonus.

5. When Purchase Volume of Associate Buyer’s any group exceeds 5,00,000 and Purchase Volume of remaining group is not less than 5,00,000 then all groups except other group/groups who achieved the target of Purchase Volume of 5,00,000 or above shall be eligible for Technical Bonus.

6. It is compulsory for Technical Achievers to conduct 2 meetings in a month at WWQ and 2 open meetings to earn Technical Bonus. Information of such meetings to be given 15 days prior and pictures of such meetings to be uploaded within 7 days from the conclusion of such meetings, on company's website.

Points of Associate Buyer will be counted for monthly Vital Growth Bonus as per below mentioned table for any month. In each relevant month, Associate Buyers can earn points toward Monthly Vital Growth Bonuses, as outlined in the provided table. The level achieved in February 2023 is the benchmark. Even if performance drops by one level below the highest achieved level, eligibility for the Monthly Growth Bonus remains, and points will be considered accordingly. The Monthly Vital Growth Bonus begins at the opener level, with no points earned below this tier.

1% of total net P.V. of the company of that month will be distributed on average basis amongst the eligible Vital Achievers, who have earned points in such month. To calculate the average, total 1% P.V. value will be divided by total points earned by all Vital Achievers, This way amount per point will be calculated

To earn points, Vital Achievers needs to make minimum purchase of 1500 P.V. from their own ID in the particular month.

Note:-These changes will take effect for the February 2024 bonus calculation. If the level achieved in February 2023 is not maintained or surpassed, no bonus points will be awarded.

Similarly, in each relevant month, Associate Buyers can accumulate points toward Monthly Royalty Growth Bonuses, as detailed in the provided table. The level attained in February 2023 serves as the reference point. Even if performance drops by up to one level below the highest achieved level, eligibility for the Monthly Royalty Growth Bonus persists, and points will be awarded accordingly.

1% of total net P.V. of the company of that month will be distributed on average basis amongst the eligible Royalty Achievers who have earned points in such month. To calculate the average, total 1% P.V. value will be divided by total points earned by all Royalty Achievers, This way amount per point will be calculated.

Likewise, in each relevant month, Associate Buyers can earn points toward Monthly Technical Growth Bonuses, as per the provided table. The level achieved in February 2023 is considered the baseline. Even if performance drops by up to one level below the highest achieved level, eligibility for the Monthly Growth Bonus remains, and points will be calculated accordingly.

1% of total net P.V. of the company of that month will be distributed on average basis amongst the eligible Technical Achievers, who have earned points in such month. To calculate the average, total 1% P.V. value will be divided by total points earned by all Technical Achievers, This way amount per point will be calculated.

1. Technical Achievers needs to make a minimum purchase of 1500 P.V. each month on their own ID to earn points.
2. It is compulsory for Technical Achievers to conduct 2 meetings in a month at WWQ and 2 open meetings to earn points. Information of such meetings to be given 15 days prior and pictures of such meetings to be uploaded within 7 days from the conclusion of such meetings, on company's website.

To get this, monthly vital growth bonus points earned every month from April to March Period will be added together..
Total 1% P.V. value will be divided by the total points earned by all the Vital Achievers, This way amount per point will be calculated. This bonus amount will be calculated in the month of march every year.
For the year 2023-24, total P.V. value for annual vital growth bonus will be calculated from May 2023 to March 2024.
Conditions applicable to monthly Vital Growth Bonus shall be applicable for annual vital growth bonus too.

1% of the total net P.V. of the company of a particular year (April to March) will be distributed on an average basis amongst the eligible Royalty Achievers, who have earned points during above mentioned period. To get this, monthly royalty growth bonus points earned every month from April to March Period will be added together.
Total 1% P.V. value will be divided by the total points earned by all the Royalty Achievers, This way amount per point will be calculated. This bonus amount will be calculated in the month of March every year.
For the year 2023-24, the total P.V. value for annual royalty growth bonus will be calculated from May 2023 to March 2024.
Conditions applicable to monthly royalty Growth Bonus shall be applicable to annual royalty growth bonus too.

1% of total net P.V. of the company of a particular year (April to March) will be distributed on average basis amongst the eligible Technical Achievers, who have earned points during the period mentioned above. To get this, monthly technical growth bonus points earned every month from April to March Period will be added together.

Total 1% P.V. value will be divided by the total points earned by all the Technical Achievers, This way amount per point will be calculated. This bonus amount will be calculated in the month of March every year.

For the year 2023-24, total P.V. value for technical royalty growth bonus will be calculated from May 2023 to March 2024.

Conditions applicable to monthly Technical Growth Bonus shall be applicable for annual technical growth bonus too.

On consistent purchase of 6 months by an Associate Buyer, digital coupon will be issued after 6 months on the basis of below given table as per their purchased P.V.

1. Free products can be collected from nearby RCM Distribution Center as per the earned reward.

2. Products against earned rewards can be collected within 45 days to 135 days from completion of period of 6 months. Eligibility for reward will be over after such period.

3. Products against earned reward can be collected maximum in 3 times by any Associate Buyers.

4. To earn consistency reward, Any Associate Buyer can start purchase from May 2023 or in any month after.

5. For 1500,2500 or 5000 slab, during the period of 6 months, if the purchase is less or not made in any month; to keep the eligibility of the plan, he/she has to make a purchase of twice the amount of shortfall purchase in addition to the regular required purchase for the running slab in the next month. For this situation, Associate Buyer in slab 100 to 1499 have to purchase 1500 PV in next month

6. Any Associate Buyer can increase the purchase in consistency slab in any month upto 4 months after beginning. He will be given free products after completing 6 months on average basis. This benefit will be available only if the slab does not come down once increased.

7. If the purchase of associate buyer for 1500, 2500 and 5000 slabs is less than 1500 PV in a particular month and does not buy twice the shortfall amount in the next month, then such associate buyer will be considered in 100 to 1499 slab & reward will be given accordingly.

8. If purchase is not done in any month and to remain eligible next month purchase is also not done as per terms & conditions then the month in which purchase is restarted will be considered as new start for 6 months consistency reward calculation.

9. In 100 to 1499 slab, to calculate total P.V. of 6 months maximum 2500 P.V. will be considered in any month.

10. Only products will be given for rewards earned. Cash shall not be given in any situation.

11. After completion of 6 months of consistency purchase new entry can be started from next month.

On purchase of Tulsi Paints 5000 P.V. or more in a month, additional 6% Tulsi Paints Purchase Bonus will be given for that month.

1. If the purchase is 5000 P.V. or more in a month, Tulsi Paints Purchase Bonus will be given along with the other incentive of the month.
2. The purchase of Tulsi Paints will be added to the purchase volume for performance incentive, royalty bonus, technical bonus, monthly and annual vital, royalty and technical growth bonus and incentive amount will be provided as per the marketing plan.
3. Purchase of Tulsi Paints will not be added to Consistency Reward, Consistency Bonus & RCM Purchaser's Club.

INCENTIVE PAYMENT DURATION, MODE OF PAYMENT ETC

a. All the above incentive for each Associate Buyer is calculated on the basis of the total purchases made by themselves and their groups’ Associate Buyer monthly from 1stDay of every month and Last Day of that month. (Both Days are inclusive)

b. Except for abnormal reason, calculation of Purchase Incentive shall be completed within 40 days from the last day of the month, for which Incentive is to be calculated

c. The amount of Purchase Incentive is remitted within 90 days from the date of calculation of the Incentive.

d. Payment of Incentive shall be made by anyone mode of Banking System (NEFT/RTGS/INTER BANKING TRANSFER). For this, it is mandatory to give correct bank account number and IFSC detail by Associate Buyer

e. If Associate Buyer does not receive Incentive payout due to Non-compliance of rules or due to any other reason occurred by Associate Buyer, then complete responsibility for delay/ Non-payment will be of Associate Buyer.

टिप्पणी:

6. टेक्नीकल बोनस अर्जित करने के लिए WWQ पर संबंधित महीने में 2 मीटिंग व 2 ऑपन मीटिंग लेना आवश्यक है। जिसकी पूर्व सूचना मीटिंग के 15 दिन पहले और मीटिंग के फोटो 7 दिन के भीतर कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करने होंगे।

संबंधित माह में एसोसिएट बायर द्वारा मासिक वाइटल ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए निर्धारित पी.वी. अर्जित करने पर निम्न तालिका के अनुसार पॉइण्ट गिने जाएंगे। फरवरी 2023 में अर्जित लेवल को आधार माना जाएगा और मासिक ग्रोथ बोनस में किसी महीने अधिकतम प्राप्त लेवल से एक लेवल तक कम हो जाने पर भी मासिक ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए पात्रता बनी रहेगी व तालिका के अनुसार पॉइण्ट अर्जित होंगे। मासिक वायटल ग्रोथ बोनस ओपनर लेवल से ही शुरू है व इससे नीचे के लेवल पर कोई पॉइण्ट अर्जित नहीं होंगे।

कंपनी की संबंधित माह की कुल बिक्री पी.वी. का 1% सभी पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने वाले पात्र वाइटल अचीवर्स में औसत आधार पर वितरित किया जाएगा। औसत निकालने के लिए सभी वाइटल अचीवर्स द्वारा कुल अर्जित पॉइण्ट का भाग 1% पी.वी. वेल्यू में दिया जाएगा जिससे प्रति पॉइण्ट बोनस राशि निर्धारित होगी।

वाइटल अचीवर को पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने के लिए संबंधित माह में स्वयं के कोड पर न्यूनतम खरीद 1500 पी.वी. की करना जरूरी है।

नोट:- उपरोक्त परिवर्तन फरवरी 2024 की बोनस की गणना से प्रभावी होंगे। फरवरी 2023 में अर्जित लेवल से नीचे जाने पर बोनस पॉइण्ट नहीं दिया जायेगा।

संबंधित माह में एसोसिएट बायर द्वारा मासिक रॉयल्टी ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए निर्धारित पी.वी. अर्जित करने पर निम्न तालिका के अनुसार पॉइण्ट गिने जाएंगे। फरवरी 2023 में अर्जित लेवल को आधार माना जाएगा और मासिक ग्रोथ बोनस में किसी महीने अधिकतम प्राप्त लेवल से एक लेवल तक कम हो जाने पर भी मासिक रॉयल्टी ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए पात्रता बनी रहेगी व तालिका के अनुसार पॉइण्ट अर्जित होंगे।

कंपनी की संबंधित माह की कुल बिक्री पी.वी. का 1% सभी पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने वाले पात्र टेक्नीकल अचीवर्स में औसत आधार पर वितरित किया जाएगा। औसत निकालने के लिए सभी टेक्नीकल अचीवर्स द्वारा कुल अर्जित पॉइण्ट का भाग 1% पी.वी. वेल्यू में दिया जाएगा जिससे प्रति पॉइण्ट बोनस राशि निर्धारित होगी।

1. टेक्नीकल अचीवर को पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने के लिए संबंधित माह में स्वयं के कोड पर न्यूनतम खरीद 1500 पी.वी. की करना जरूरी है।
2. टेक्नीकल अचीवर को पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने के लिए WWQ पर संबंधित महीने में 2 मीटिंग 2 ओपन मीटिंग लेना आवश्यक है। जिसकी पूर्व सूचना मीटिंग के 15 दिन पहले और मीटिंग के फोटो 7 दिन के भीतर कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करने होंगे।

नोट:- उपरोक्त परिवर्तन फरवरी 2024 की बोनस की गणना से प्रभावी होंगे। फरवरी 2023 में अर्जित लेवल से नीचे जाने पर बोनस पॉइण्ट नहीं दिया जायेगा।

कंपनी की संबंधित वर्ष (अप्रैल से मार्च) की कुल नेट पी.वी. का 1% वार्षिक वाइटल ग्रोथ बोनस सभी पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने वाले पात्र वाइटल अचीवर्स में औसत आधार पर वितरित किया जाएगा। इसके लिए अप्रैल से मार्च की अवधि के दौरान प्रति माह के मासिक वाइटल ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए अर्जित पॉइण्ट को जोड़ा जाएगा। .
औसत निकालने के लिए सभी वाइटल अचीवर्स द्वारा कुल अर्जित पॉइण्ट का भाग 1% पी.वी. वेल्यू में दिया जाएगा जिससे प्रति पॉइण्ट बोनस राशि निर्धारित होगी। इस बोनस राशि की गणना प्रति वर्ष मार्च माह में की जाएगी।
वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए वार्षिक वाइटल ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए कुल पी.वी. की गणना मई 2023 से मार्च 2024 तक की जाएगी।
मासिक वाइटल ग्रोथ बोनस की सभी शर्ते वार्षिक बोनस के लिए लागू रहेगी।

कंपनी की संबंधित वर्ष (अप्रैल से मार्च) की कुल नेट पी.वी. का 1% वार्षिक रॉयल्टी ग्रोथ बोनस सभी पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने वाले पात्र रॉयल्टी अचीवर्स में औसत आधार पर वितरित किया जाएगा। इसके लिए अप्रैल से मार्च की अवधि के दौरान प्रति माह के मासिक रॉयल्टी ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए अर्जित पॉइण्ट को जोड़ा जाएगा।
औसत निकालने के लिए सभी रॉयल्टी अचीवर्स द्वारा कुल अर्जित पॉइण्ट का भाग 1% पी.वी. वेल्यू में दिया जाएगा जिससे प्रति पॉइण्ट बोनस राशि निर्धारित होगी। इस बोनस राशि की गणना प्रति वर्ष मार्च माह में की जाएगी।
वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए वार्षिक रॉयल्टी ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए कुल पी.वी. की गणना मई 2023 से मार्च 2024 तक की जाएगी।
मासिक रॉयल्टी ग्रोथ बोनस की सभी शर्ते वार्षिक बोनस के लिए लागू रहेगी।

कंपनी की संबंधित वर्ष (अप्रैल से मार्च) की कुल नेट पी.वी. का 1% वार्षिक टेक्नीकल ग्रोथ बोनस सभी पॉइण्ट अर्जित करने वाले पात्र टेक्नीकल अचीवर्स में औसत आधार पर वितरित किया जाएगा। इसके लिए अप्रैल से मार्च की अवधि के दौरान प्र्रति माह के मासिक टेक्नीकल ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए अर्जित पॉइण्ट को जोड़ा जाएगा।

औसत निकालने के लिए सभी टेक्नीकल अचीवर्स द्वारा कुल अर्जित पॉइण्ट का भाग 1% पी.वी. वेल्यू में दिया जाएगा जिससे प्रति पॉइण्ट बोनस राशि निर्धारित होगी। इस बोनस राशि की गणना प्रति वर्ष मार्च माह में की जाएगी।

वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए वार्षिक टेक्नीकल ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए कुल पी.वी. की गणना मई 2023 से मार्च 2024 तक की जाएगी।

मासिक टेक्नीकल ग्रोथ बोनस की सभी शर्तें वार्षिक बोनस के लिए लागू रहेगी।

एसोसिएट बायर को लगातार 6 माह खरीद जारी रखने पर उनके खरीद पी.वी. के अनुसार 6 माह पश्चात निम्न तालिका के अनुसार आरसीएम प्रॉडक्ट मुफ्त प्राप्त करने हेतु डिजिटल कूपन दिए जाएंगे।

1. अर्जित रिवार्ड के अनुसार किसी भी नजदीकी आरसीएम वितरण केंद्र से ईच्छानुसार मुफ्त उत्पाद प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

2. अर्जित रिवार्ड के उत्पाद 6 माह की समाप्ति से 45 दिन से 135 दिन के भीतर प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, तत्पश्चात रिवार्ड की पात्रता समाप्त हो जाएगी।

3. अर्जित रिवार्ड के उत्पाद कोई भी एसोसिएट बायर अधिकतम तीन बार में प्राप्त कर सकता है।

4. कंसिस्टेंसी रिवार्ड अर्जित करने के लिए कोई भी एसोसिएट बायर मई 2023 या इसके पश्चात किसी भी माह से अपनी खरीद प्रारंभ कर सकता है।

5. 1500, 2500 या 5000 स्लेब के लिए, 6 माह की अवधि के दौरान यदि किसी माह में खरीद में कमी रह जाती है तो पात्रता जारी रखने के लिए अगले माह नियमित आवश्यक पी.वी. की खरीद के अतिरिक्त कमी के दुगुने पी.वी. की खरीद करनी होगी। इसी स्थिति के लिए 100 से 1499 वाले स्लेब के लिए अगले माह 1500 पी.वी. की खरीद करनी होगी।

6. कोई भी एसोसिएट बायर कन्सिस्टेन्सी स्लेब की खरीद को शुरूआती माह के पश्चात् चौथे माह तक कभी भी बढ़ा सकता है। वह जितने माह जिस स्लेब में रहा उस अनुसार औसत निकालते हुए शुरूआती माह के 6 माह पूर्ण होने के पश्चात् मुफ्त प्रॉडक्ट प्रदान किये जायेंगे। यह लाभ तभी मिलेगा जब स्लेब बढ़ाने के पश्चात् पुनः नीचे नहीं आये।

7. 1500, 2500 व 5000 स्लेब के लिए खरीद करने वाले एसोसिएट बायर की यदि किसी माह विशेष में खरीद 1500 पी.वी. से कम रह जाती है व अगले माह में कमी की दुगुनी खरीद भी नहीं करता है तो उस एसोसिएट बायर को 100 से 1499 वाले स्लेब के अनुसार रिवार्ड दिए जाएंगे।

8. यदि बीच में किसी माह में खरीद नहीं होती है व अगले माह पात्रता जारी रखने के लिए नियमानुसार खरीद भी नहीं होती है तो जिस माह से पुनः खरीद प्रारंभ करेंगे वहां से नये सिरे से कंसिस्टेंसी रिवार्ड के 6 माह की गणना प्रारम्भ होगी।

9. 100 से 1499 वाले स्लेब में 6 माह के कुल पी.वी. की गणना में किसी भी माह के अधिकतम 2500 पी.वी. गिने जायेगें।

10.अर्जित रिवार्ड के उत्पाद ही प्रदान किए जाएंगे किसी भी स्थिति में उनके बदले राशि प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी।

11.एक बार कंसिस्टेंसी के 6 माह पूर्ण होने पर अगले माह से नई शुरूआत कर सकते हैं।

तुलसी पेण्ट की मासिक नेट खरीद 5000 पी.वी. या ज्यादा होने पर 6% तुलसी पेण्ट परचेज बोनस मासिक आधार पर दिया जायेगा।

1. जिस माह खरीद 5000 पी.वी. से ज्यादा होगी उस माह के अन्य अर्जित इन्सेन्टिव के साथ तुलसी पेण्ट परचेज बोनस राशि प्रदान की जायेगी।
2. तुलसी पेण्ट की खरीद को परफोरमेन्स इन्सेन्टिव, रॉयल्टी बोनस, टेक्नीकल बोनस, मासिक व वार्षिक वायटल, रॉयल्टी व टेक्नीकल ग्रोथ बोनस के लिए बिजनस में जोड़ा जायेगा व मार्केटिंग प्लान के अनुसार इन्सेन्टिव राशि प्रदान की जायेगी।
3. तुलसी पेण्ट की खरीद को कान्सिस्टेन्सी रिवार्ड, कन्सिस्टेन्सी बोनस, आरसीएम परचेजर क्लब में नहीं जोड़ा जायेगा।

क्रय प्रोत्साहन राशि भुगतान अवधि , भुगतान का तरीका आदि :-

a. प्रत्येक एसोसिएट बायर के लिए उपरोक्त सभी क्रय प्रोत्साहन राशि की गणना स्वयं और उसके समूह के एसोसिएट बायर द्वारा हर महीने के पहले दिन और उस महीने के अंतिम दिन तक की गई कुल खरीददारी के आधार पर की जाती है । (दोनों दिन सम्मिलित हैं)

b. असामान्य कारणों को छोड़कर, क्रय प्रोत्साहन राशि की गणना महीने (जिस माह के लिए प्रोत्साहन राशि की गणना की जानी है) के अंतिम दिन से 40 दिनों के भीतर पूरी की जाएगी |

c. क्रय प्रोत्साहन राशि की गणना की तारीख से 90 दिनों के भीतर क्रय प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रेषित की जाती है।

d. प्रोत्साहन राशि का भुगतान बैंकिंग प्रणाली (एनईएफटी/आरटीजीएस/इंटर बैंकिंग ट्रांसफर ) के किसी भी माध्यम से किया जाएगा। इसके लिए एसोसिएट बायर द्वारा सही बैंक खाता संख्या और IFSC विवरण देना अनिवार्य है।

e. यदि एसोसिएट बायर को नियमों का पालन न करने या एसोसिएट बायर द्वारा किसी अन्य कारण से क्रय प्रोत्साहन राशि का भुगतान प्राप्त नहीं होता है, तो देरी / भुगतान न होने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी एसोसिएट बायर की होगी।
