- 1. What is the meaning of Online Order?
- Answer:- Online order means that you can order the products of your choice sitting at home with the help of your mobile and computer.
- 2. How to order online?
- Answer:- First of all, PUC / KSO / Wonder World Quick / Wonder World holder will have to login at pos.rcmworld.com then select the Financial Year and click on Transaction, after that Select Order to HO option. After that you will see the option of Online Order, by clicking on it you will redirect to RCM website where you will have to select your favorite products of Key soul , Vyomini, Garments, Footwear , Bedsheet and Accessories and Add To Cart them , then by Clicking on Place Order you need to fill your Name, Address, Mobile Number etc. and then Finish it.
- 3. Who can order online?
- Answer:- Online order facility is available for PUC / KSO / Wonder World Quick /Wonder World.
- 4. Can Associated Buyer also Order online?
- Answer:- At present associated buyer can not order online, he/she can visit or contact to their nearest PUC for their orders.
- 5. Can I order all the products online?
- Answer:- KSO can order only Key Soul and Vyomini products and PUC can Order Key soul , Vyomini, Garments, Footwear , Bedsheet and Accessories categories products.
- 6. What is the Minimum order amount per order on the products?
- Answer:- For KSO - Minimum online order value is 2500 SP and for PUC/WW/WWQ - minimum online order value is 3000 SP.
- 7. What is Maximum Order Quantity?
- Answer:- Maximum Order Quantity means how much quantity you can order a product.
- 8. Can I order more than Maximum Order Quantity?
- Answer:- If you have to order more than the Maximum order quantity then you will have to place a new order.
- 9. Can I order Sanitary Napkins in bulk quantity ?
- Answer:- You can order upto 5 Sanitary Napkins per product in a single invoice, for more quantity you can place a new order or visit to nearest Depot.
- 10. How many quantity of Lingerie can I order at one time?
- Answer:- You can add upto 20 pcs / article of Lingerie in a single order.
- 11. How many lipstick tester can I order in one order?
- Answer:- If you add 6 lipsticks per order then you can add 1 lipstick tester in the order by paying just Rs.100.
For Example
6 lipsticks = 1 tester
12 lipsticks = 2 testers,
and so on. - 12. How to order for Vyomini products?
- Answer:- You can order all the products of Vyomini in the Personal Care category by going to the Shop For option on the website.
- 13. Can I order Vyomini products in bulk?
- Answer:- You can add upto 30 Pcs per product in a single Invoice, for more quantity you can place a new order.
- 14. Can I order Cosmetic Display Unit online ?
- Answer:- You can not place an online order of Cosmetic Display Unit, You can email us your requirement with your PUC details and we will send it to your nearest depot and from there you can collect it.
- 15. Will the product be same as shown in the picture?
- Answer:- Product images on the company's website are for representational purposes only. Actual products may vary at Delivery time.
- 16. What will be the process of making payment?
- Answer:- While placing the order the PUC/KSO/WWQ/WW needs to ensure that there is sufficient balance in your PUC ledger to place the order.
- 17. What will be the process after placing the order?
- Answer:- After confirming the order, your order will be accepted by RCM Head Office and then will be sent to your given address by the shipping/courierpartner.
- 18. How much will be the Shipping charges?
- Answer:- Shipping Charges will be free on all orders.
- 19. Do we receive any confirmation message or call ?
- Answer:- After Finishing the order, you will get a confirmation message on Registered mobile number from the company.
- 20. Will I get any message of order shipping?
- Answer:- Yes company will sent you a message once your order get shipped.
- 21. How many days after order confirmation will the order be shipped?
- Answer:- Order will be shipped within 2-3 working days after order is confirmed.
- 22. How can I check the status of my order ?
- Answer:- You can check the status of an order by going to the My Account section and selecting the My Order option.
- 23. Can we place more than one order in a day?
- Answer:- You can place multiple orders in a day.
- 24. Can we repeat the previous order available in My Order Section?
- Answer:- There is no direct link available for this, You can simply add the product again from the new process.
- 25. Can I cancel the order once an order is placed ?
- Answer:- If you wish to cancel your order once the order is placed, you can cancel it either before the bill raised from company or before the order gets dispatched.
- 26. How can we cancel our order ?
- Answer:- You can cancel your order from the My order section
