Return And Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Perishable items, including but not limited to food and beverages, are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons, except in the case of defects or damage.
2. Non-eligibility for return or exchange:
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- With tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
- In case of FMCG products or non-returnable products, if placed an order for the wrong product code, color, or incorrect product or service.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
3. Defective or Damaged Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
